- 2 oz Afrohead Briland 07
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz grapefruit simple
- 1 oz fresh white grapefruit juice
- 4-6 tarragon leaves
Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in Collins glass. Top with 1 oz soda water and garnish with grapefruit zest and spanked tarragon sprig.
Briland on My Mind
- 2 oz Afrohead Briland 07
- 1 oz lime juice
- .5 oz Giffard apricot liqueur
- .5 oz ginger syrup
Shake and strain all ingredients into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh grated ginger.
Keep Me Calm Before the Storm
- 2 oz Afrohead Briland 07
- .75 oz kalamansi
- .5 oz ancho clementine syrup
- 3 oz fever tree ginger beer
Build over crushed ice in copper mug. Garnish with chili marinated clementine segments.
