AfroPeat
- 2 oz Afrohead XO
- 1/4 oz Vida mezcal
- 1/4 oz pamplemousse liquor
- 1/2 oz light Oloroso Sherry
Stir all ingredients and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
S.O.S. (Smoke, Oak & Sand)
- 1 oz Afrohead Briland 07
- 1/2 oz Ardbeg 10
- 1/2 oz Cassis Noir
- 1 oz blood orange juice
Shake and strain all ingredients into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with smoked bloo
Smoked 07
- 1.5 oz Afrohead Briland 07
- 1/2 oz laphroaig
- 1 oz Yuzu
- 1 oz lemongrass, galangal honey syrup.
Shake and strain all ingredients over a smoked lemon ginger ice ball. Garnish with grated ginger and lemongrass straw.
